As a meditation practitioner of 15+ years, I have studied deeply in the Zen and Insight traditions of Buddhism, and am ordained in Thich Nhat Hanh’s Order of Interbeing. I am also trained as a Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) teacher from UMass Medical School’s Center for Mindfulness.
I love supporting folks individually or in small groups on their meditation path, with Buddhist-inspired mindfulness teaching and coaching wherever you are on your journey.
